As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you'll embark on a thrilling career path filled with professional growth, financial success, and access to luxury experiences. As a recruiter you will be:


  • Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone / video call.
  • Sourcing and interviewing exceptional candidates on behalf of your client.
  • Pitching the relevant search solution to remedy your client’s requirement.
  • Managing the interview process; scheduling, feedback, debriefing.
  • Conducting market research and understanding current market trends.
  • Building Databases
  • Negotiating terms of business and contracts on behalf of successful candidates.

This is distinctly different from a call centre environment. In modern recruitment, the emphasis has shifted away from making 100+ cold calls daily. Instead, it is a research-driven role that involves engaging in thoughtful and strategic phone conversations. Your daily interactions will involve speaking with senior decision-makers as you effectively advocate for yourself, your candidates, and your company.
