Do you have a passion for pets with a flair for creating fantastic relationships with suppliers? We’re currently looking to recruit a Key Account Manager extraordinaire to join the pack here at, we’re pretty big news on our block being one of the UK’s most successful e-commerce businesses in the UK!

Our team is vibrant, fast-moving, and customer-driven, with high-performers valued and rewarded. We’re the ideal place for ambitious, hardworking, animal lovers who want to progress their careers rapidly. You’ll be the main point of contact for brands such as Mars and Nestle and will be an active part of the team, helping to plan and execute effective strategies to grow the business.

What will the successful candidate have?

  • Previous experience managing supply-retailer relationships is key. Ideally with exposure to managing ecommerce supplier relationships with big retailers e.g. Amazon, Tesco, Pets at Home
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Someone with a positive, can-do, attitude with drive and ambition to become a key member of the team
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • An ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Previous experience of setting and working to budget plans
  • Someone who is happy to work in the office and become an active team member

What does an average week look like?

  • Building strong relationships with new and existing brands such as Mars and Nestle, including attending meetings when required
  • Developing Joint Business Plans, ensuring their execution
  • Planning future offers and promotions, ensuring they run smoothly and on time
  • Reporting and analysing sales figures such as new customer numbers, Bottomless Bowl subscription signups and other trends when requested both internally and externally for brands
  • Pitching for new promotional and marketing budgets from our suppliers
  • Liaising with our Graphic Design team to ensure artwork we require from brands is correct and sent on time
  • For the brands you manage, ordering stock and ensuring a suitable amount of stock is always available for our customers
  • Negotiating with brands for better prices
