With ongoing support and coaching, you will build a portfolio of clients over time, generating repeat business. By effectively communicating with both clients and candidates, you will match professionals with the right positions and/or businesses. You will learn to manage the full 360-recruitment process, from initial interviews to the offer stage and beyond.

What does an average week look like?

  • Headhunting top industry talent into high-level vacancies on a global scale
  • Managing and building client and candidate relationships
  • Conducting industry-specific market research
  • Negotiating terms and fees with clients
  • Interviewing candidates
  • General admin tasks (emails, booking appointments, etc.)

What you will learn

  • As a Trainee Graduate Consultant, you will undergo their comprehensive training program designed to develop your expertise in all aspects of the job
