Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role
- Sourcing candidates via advertising, networking, headhunting and LinkedIn
- Building and maintaining a professional candidate and client relationships over the phone and in person
- Market mapping and becoming a knowledgeable industry professional
- Working towards your monthly progression targets
- Managing your candidate and client database
