About

The Junior Proposition and Product role will be responsible for assisting the Head of Proposition, Product and Partnerships in the development of our Reframe product pipeline. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, marketing and sales to ensure that our products meet market and customer needs and regulatory requirements while achieving business goals.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

·       Support the Head of Product, Proposition and Partnership to execute new product plans for Reframe

o   Project manage separate product lines

o   Assist in the build out of relevant products and propositions working alongside all key areas of the business to deliver.

o   Contribute to GTM plan for each product and proposition launch

o   Manage database of product features and benefits.

o   Manage product KPI’s.

o   Assist in the build of partner products to enhance the product and Proposition strategy.

o   Scope and develop customer journeys (customer swim lane) via Miro.

 

·       Understanding Software Details to inform customer journeys:

o   Gain a deep understanding of the intricacies of our software to make informed decisions and provide expert guidance on customer journeys.

o   Generate new workflows for new products on Reframe software.

 

·       Documentation: 

o   Set up internal processes for product measurements

o   Create product requirements documentation for developers to cost and add to back log.

o   Work with teams to inform PIDs (product development documents).

 

·       Research:

o   Gather and analyse customer feedback, market research, content requirements and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and prioritise enhancements.

o   Gather information on costings to inform product development e.g. set up costs and processes for training accreditation.

o   Have an in-depth knowledge (in time) of competitor products and services, understanding the broader health and wellbeing market.

o   Research and share market trends and developments, competitor activity and partner feedback, to continuously improve and develop our services.

  

·       Reporting

o   Manage product utilisation reporting for new products and report to Head of Proposition, Product and Partnerships on trends and areas of concern.

What does an average week look like?

  • Review and Planning • Review communications: Check emails, Notion, Slack, or other communication platforms for updates on projects, product developments and progress, or team interactions. There could be internal updates or new tasks from Head of Prop, Products and Partnerships.
  • Team meeting: Participate in stand-up meetings or project briefings with colleagues across Reframe to discuss ongoing projects and priorities. This meeting might involve discussing timelines, roadblocks, and deliverables.
  • Set priorities: Identify which tasks and projects need immediate attention. For example, if there's an upcoming product launch or product update, there may be preparation work to do.
  • Check on product data: Review data on new to market cancer products or services, such as market research, sales figures, and acquisition results, to understand where we can make improvements.
  • Market and product analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis. This could involve reviewing competitor data via LinkedIn, reading papers, or tracking competitor product performance in the cancer space.
  • Customer insights: Gather insights on customer needs (e.g., healthcare professionals, hospitals, patients) through surveys, interviews, or reviewing feedback. Understanding their pain points can inform product development.
  • Preparing product information documentation: Draft product information documents for new product offerings, which may include treatment approaches, pricing, our solutions and customer features and benefits. This could also involve creating documents or slides to support product decisions or pitches to stakeholders.
  • Internal reviews: Collaborate with senior product managers or propositions teams to review the product strategy or roadmap. This may include presenting product concepts, reviewing feedback, and adjusting strategies.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Meet with stakeholders such as sales and marketing to understand their needs and ensure product strategies align with market realities and medical requirements.
  • Product marketing: Support marketing initiatives and GTM for cancer-related products. This could involve crafting product messaging, writing marketing materials, or working with agencies to develop campaigns aimed at different customer channels.
  • Update documents and reports: Compile findings from market research or stakeholder feedback into clear reports or presentations. You may need to update product roadmaps, timelines, or project statuses.
  • Track progress: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product adoption rates, market growth, or feedback from customer channels.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams (nurses, operations, sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment on product development, marketing, and delivery.
  • Market research and competitive intelligence to understand market dynamics and inform product decisions.
  • Supporting product launch and post-launch activities, ensuring that all internal teams are aligned and customer feedback is being integrated into product improvements.
  • Documentation: Creating reports, product information documents, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
