Our client is a London-based global search firm with a focus on quantitative and technology-driven finance. Their clients include the top groups at Tier-1 investment banks, world-class hedge funds, and proprietary trading firms. They are specialists in finding talented staff for positions in technology, and quantitative research.

With offices in New York, Chicago, London, Amsterdam and Shanghai there is an option to move internationally with the firm.

About the role:

We are looking for university graduates to join their team, and expand their growing business.

The skill set of a head-hunter is diverse and transferable. It will be a steep learning curve, but candidates will be trained by highly experienced professionals, with a long and proven track record of developing young talent. The commission is uncapped, so you control your end-of-year earnings.

What you need:

  • Minimum of AAB at A-level (not including Extended Project Qualification grades) - IB score needs to be 38+.
  • Minimum 2:1 from a top University for undergraduates.
